Meet the friendly staff of Weber Autowerks!
Kenneth Weber - OwnerKenneth is the owner and shop foreman of Weber Autowerks. He has been in the automotive industry for over 15 years and loves every bit of it. Kenneth grew up working on vehicles and decided to pursue a career in the automotive industry after graduating from Canyon High School. He attended and graduated from WyoTech with his degree in Automotive Technology and Service management. He is known for his never quit attitude, ability to conqueror any task, and his caring personality. Kenneth enjoys relaxing at the beach, hunting and fishing, building race cars and hot rods, building anything, and spending time with his two kids and wife.
Jennifer Weber - OwnerJennifer is also the owner of Weber Autowerks. She has been in the business aspect of the automotive industry for over 14 years and enjoys seeing what cars they can build next. She also graduated from Canyon High School and also graduated from Incarnate Word University with a bachelors in Biology. Jennifer enjoys gardening, relaxing by the beach and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Larry Thompson - General ManagerLarry is the general manager of Weber Autowerks.
Daren Walker - Service Manager/Fleet ManagerBegan working in the industry at 16 at a service station and quickly developed a passion for customer interaction. Growing up as a military brat, he lived in many places. He is driven by the satisfaction of a job well done. People are often surprised to learn he hold three degrees—an MBA, a Bachelor's, and an Associate's in Criminal Justice. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, reading, writing, and weightlifting. If he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to heal others. If his life were a movie, it would be titled "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest."
Jason Weber (Jay) - Shop Foreman
Jason was drawn to the industry through a strong personal connection—working alongside his father sparked a passion for the field. His main motivation comes from a sense of responsibility, ensuring the safety of others through his work on vehicles. Originally from San Antonio, TX, he surprises people with his unique hobby of collecting cologne. Outside of work, he enjoys hands-on and family-centered activities like, model building, fishing, and BBQs. If given a superpower, he would choose super strength. Fittingly, if his life were a movie, it would be titled "The Life of a Technician."

Eric Casillas - Service Advisor Eric has a strong passion for cars, which is what drew him to the industry. He is motivated by delivering great customer service, continual learning, and building meaningful relationships with customers. Originally from El Paso and raised in San Antonio, he enjoys playing soccer and going on road trips in his free time. A fun fact that surprises people is that he "met" Kanye West. If he could have any superpower, it would be teleportation, and if his life were a movie, the title would be "The Little Engine That Could."
Deontae Ferguson (D-Money)- Technician Deontae grew up in San Antonio, Texas and was naturally drawn to the automotive industry due to a strong talent for fixing vehicles and a love for fast, great-sounding cars and motivated by seeing customers’ reactions to a job well done. Outside of work, he enjoy photography, which also surprises many people and If they could have any superpower, it would be mind reading. If their life were a movie, it would be titled "Financial Distress: Race Car Edition."
James Mason - Technician
Ryan Moore - Technician Ryan has a deep-rooted passion for cars and hands-on work, which naturally drew him to the automotive industry. He is motivated by the challenge of fixing difficult repairs quickly and efficiently. A San Antonio native, he surprises many by being left-handed. Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing by watching movies and video games. If he could have any superpower, it would be super healing, reflecting a desire to repair and restore. If his life were a movie, it would be titled "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly."
Mike Peroni- TechnicianMike has a strong passion for cars and a love for continuous learning, which drew him to the automotive industry. He is motivated by a sense of personal care, treating each vehicle as if it were his own. Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, he has a broad taste in music—especially Hip Hop and Rap. Outside of work, he enjoys movies, video games, working on project cars, and spending quality time with family. If given a superpower, he would choose regeneration or the ability to fly. He described his life as a mix of humor and purpose, similar to the movie The Other Guys.
Kevin Shockley (Kev)- Technician Kevin has a deep sense of pride in their work and is motivated by doing a job right and representing his employer well. He didn’t actively seek out the industry—it found him. Having grown up all over the world, including Europe, Japan, Africa, and the USA, he brings a worldly perspective to his life and work. People are often surprised to learn, he is nearly 70 years old. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, cooking, music, spending time with family, and caring for his cats. If he could choose any superpower, it would be the ability to fly like Superman. If his life were a movie, it would be "The Matrix or Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas."
Matthew Cruz (Cruz)- Lube TechnicianCruz was inspired to enter the automotive industry by his father, who sold cars, though his initial motivation it was more personal rather than professional. He is driven by a desire to make his father proud, imagining working on his car as motivation to always deliver his best work. Having grown up in San Antonio, Houston, and Lubbock, TX, he prides himself on his adaptability, quick learning, and strong execution skills. Outside of work, he enjoys the freedom and thrill of riding his motorcycle, valuing the sense of control it provides. If he could have any superpower, it would be a photographic memory to instantly retain knowledge. If his life were a movie, it would be titled "SuperBad."
Juan Flores (Juano)- Porter
Juan grew up in La Feria, Texas, in the Valley, and was drawn to the industry by the environment. he's motivated to do his best work by the paycheck. Outside of work, he enjoy going to the shooting range. He claim there’s nothing surprising to learn about him and wouldn’t choose any superpower. If their life were a movie, it would be titled "The Boring Life of Juan."
Jackson Gherman- Porter
Jackson was drawn to the industry primarily for financial stability and steady employment. Part of his motivation is earning money and lending a hand to his co-workers . He is originally from San Antonio and enjoys fishing in his free time. A surprising fact about him is that he owns two vehicles, both of which he paid for himself. If he could have any superpower, it would be the ability to control time. If his life were a movie, it would be titled "The Life."
